At MedMeal, we strive to provide fresh, hygienic, and medically tailored nutrition feeds to all our patients and customers. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Orders once prepared and dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refunds will only be considered if:
Wrong product/feed was delivered.
Product was damaged during delivery.
Order was not delivered due to our operational issue.
Any complaint regarding the order must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with proper proof/images.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Customized patient feeds and special diet preparations are non-refundable. For refund support, contact MedMeal customer support directly.
