• At MedMeal, we strive to provide fresh, hygienic, and medically tailored nutrition feeds to all our patients and customers. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
  • Orders once prepared and dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Refunds will only be considered if:
  • Wrong product/feed was delivered.
  • Product was damaged during delivery.
  • Order was not delivered due to our operational issue.
  • Any complaint regarding the order must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with proper proof/images.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
  • Customized patient feeds and special diet preparations are non-refundable.
